The price you pay is the price displayed on our Website at the time the Booking is placed except in cases of obvious error. While we take every effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur. We will verify prices when processing your booking and if an error has occurred in our prices then we will let you know as soon as practicable after you have placed the order and let you decide if you wish to continue with the booking.

We may change our prices at any time but this will not affect any booking that you have already placed with us.

If paying by credit card you will be charged (1.8% Fee) £45 for a transaction for £2995.

All offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not become reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Full payment for the course must be made 5 weeks prior to the start date of the course that you are booked on.

Course Times

Although our courses run between 9 am-5 pm these times may vary and sometimes will only start grooming at 9:30 am and may finish earlier than 5 pm depending on the type of groom that you are doing. When theory days are on the day will run from 10 am – 4 pm with 1 hour for lunch, this is due to the vast information that is given at these events.

Any missed time throughout the course (unless arranged before the start date and stated on the booking form) will not be able to make up due to the precise schedule of the course over the year.

Cancellation & refunds

Dog Grooming at Anrich reserves the right to cancel a course at any time if less than three students register for the course or if any other unforeseen, irreconcilable problem occurs prior to the commencement of the course. If the course you are on is postponed for reasons that are not the company’s fault then the cancellation terms and conditions are to be followed. You will be put on the next available course. In the event of cancellation of a course, Dog Grooming Courses @ Anrich reserve the right to combine two or more courses to provide one fully subscribed course.

In the event of the student cancelling their booking, the student will be liable for a cancellation fee calculated as follows: Cancellations any time before 5 weeks prior to the course commencement £500 (none refundable deposit), Cancellations within 5 weeks prior to the course commencement £1495 (half the full amount) Cancellations 14 days before the course £2995 And cancellations after the start, of course, the full fee of £2995 payable

Moving your course dates is strictly forbidden and if you cannot make the course date that is booked then the cancellation rules apply. If you postpone the course more than once you must pay 50% of the course fee immediately to reserve your place on the next course. If we are unable to contact you for any reason we reserve the right to cancel your place on the course.

If for any reason teachers from Dog Grooming @ Anrich can not teach or are unable to complete a period of time within the course for any reason (over 2 days) then this time will be given back to the student at the next available time within a period of 6 months. Under 2 days missed by the teachers no time will be made up as all the content will be covered over the 5-week duration.

If any time (days) is missed by the student (for any circumstances) then they will not be able to make the time at any other date due to the tight schedule of the courses.

Although we try our best to run between 9 am – 5 pm this may change due to the number of dogs booked in and the time taken to complete them. The course runs on a content basis and therefore no extra time will be made up if the correct content is completed.

Complaints Procedure

Every year Dog Grooming Courses @ Anrich train lots of students. Sometimes some things do not always go to plan although we endeavour to ensure our training is thorough and to a high standard, there may be an occasion that you are dissatisfied with our service or feel our curriculum is not suited to you.

Unfortunately, these things happen. We know we are not perfect. But we aim to be. That is why we have a complaints procedure. We do want to learn from our mistakes. What you tell us helps to improve our service to you.

We will treat your complaint confidentially, seriously and quickly.

What can I do?

It is important to let us know that you are unhappy immediately and to give us the chance to put things right. Don’t be afraid to speak to the teacher, manager or business director – she or he might be able to sort out the problem straight away. Otherwise, move to the more formal process.

Making a formal complaint

There are several ways to make a complaint. You can put the information in a letter and send it to our address (below), send it by email (below) or drop it at any reception. Complaints can be addressed to James Weston. You can tell us on the phone or face-to-face that you want us to investigate your complaint, but this will be done individually we will not deal with groups.

Your complaint will be investigated by the manager under the direction of the business director. If it is upheld, you will get a full apology and, where appropriate, be given details of any action that we are taking to put things right. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask for a further review.
