While we take every effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur. We will verify prices when processing your booking and if an error has occurred in our prices then we will let you know as soon as practicable after you have placed the order and let you decide if you wish to continue with the booking.

We may change our prices at any time but this will not affect any booking that you have already placed with us.

Payment for all products can be made by credit, debit card, bank transfer or cash  in UK pounds sterling. We also do interest free credit (separate terms and conditions apply).

If paying by credit card you will be charged (1.8% Fee) £45 for a transaction for £2500.

The payment made is made up of £1900 to Dog Grooming Courses @ Anrich for the dog grooming practical course and £600 to Pet Healthcare Centers Ltd for external quality asurance and also for the theory content of the course. One of these items may not be taken without the other.

All offer order codes remain our property, are non-transferable and may not become reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Full payment for the course must be made 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course that you are booked on.

Course Times

Although our courses run between 9am-5pm these times may vary and sometimes will only start grooming at 9:30am and may finish earlier than 5pm depending on the type of groom that you are doing. When theory days are on the day will run from 10am – 4pm with 1 hour for lunch, this is due to the vast information that is given at these events.

Any missed time throughout the course (unless arranged before the start date and stated on the booking form) will not be able to made up due to the precise schedule of course over the year.

Cancellation & refunds

Dog Grooming at Anrich reserve the right to cancel a course at any time if less than three students register for the course or any other unforeseen, irreconcilable problem occurs prior to the commencement of the course.

In the event of cancellation of a course, Dog Grooming Courses @ Anrich reserve the right to combine two or more courses to provide one fully subscribed course.

In the event of the student cancelling their booking, the student will be liable for a cancellation fee calculated as follows: Cancellations before 4 weeks prior to the course commencement £250 (10% off full fee), Cancellations within 4 weeks prior to the course commencement £1250 (half the full amount) Cancellations 7 days before the course £2500 And cancelations after start of course full fee of £2500 payable

Moving your course dates is strictly forbidden and if you cannot make the course date that is booked then the cancelation rules apply.

If for any reason teachers from Dog Grooming @ Anrich can not teach or are unable to complete a period of time within the course for any reason (over 1 day) then this time will be given back to the student at the next available time within a period of 6 months. Under 1 day missed by the teachers no time will be made up as all the content will be covered over the 5 week duration.

Although we try our best to run between 9am - 5pm this may change due to the amount of dogs booked in and the time taken to complete them. The course runs on a content basis and therfore no extra time will be made up if the correct content is completed.
